Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes, every fragrance at Perfume Boutique is sourced directly from the authorized manufacturers or their official distributors. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of every bottle we sell.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
What is your return policy for fragrances?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances in their original cellophane packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to their alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
Do you offer fragrance samples?
We provide a complimentary 2ml sample with every full-size bottle purchase so you can test the scent before opening the main packaging. We also offer curated discovery sets for purchase.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter and more subtle.
